Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has teamed up with Ricky Gervais on a soundtrack for Life On the Road, a mockumentary featuring Gervais’ David Brent office manager from the British version of “The Office” in his journey to become a rock star.

Martin, fresh off his comedy turn in a “Game of Thrones” musical spoof he recorded for charity that generated more than 14 million views on YouTube, is apparently enjoying his turn in the hilarity spotlight. He will collaborate on the soundtrack to the BBC Films production, and may even make an appearance in the project, which is scheduled for release in August 2016.

The Daily Mail recently caught up with Gervais as he filmed a “wilderness video” for the upcoming film, cavorting to the song “Lady Gypsy.”

This past week, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that Gervais would be back to host the 73rd Golden Globes on Jan. 10, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET on NBC.
